The commercial framework for using this website and engaging SPEED Consultancy for professional services.
1. Scope
SPEED Consultancy provides management consulting, operational transformation, facility-management advisory, project-readiness, commercial-performance and digital-operations services as agreed in writing for each engagement.
2. Engagement confirmation
An engagement begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, fees, applicable taxes and payment terms are confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely, accurate information, access to relevant stakeholders and systems, and decisions or approvals required for implementation. Recommendations depend on the information and circumstances presented by the client.
4. Fees, invoices and taxes
Fees are quoted based on scope. Applicable GST and other invoice particulars are shown on the invoice. An invoice may include invoice number and date, customer details, GSTIN where applicable, place of supply, service description, taxable value and tax amounts.
5. Confidentiality and intellectual property
Each party should protect confidential information received from the other. Pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, know-how and software remain with their respective owners. Ownership and permitted use of engagement deliverables should be stated in the written proposal or agreement.
6. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SPEED Consultancy’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, subject to the agreed written terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with Bengaluru, Karnataka as the proposed jurisdiction, subject to the final engagement agreement.
